We are a chocolate fam living and breathing the Island life.
Our name comes from co-founder Erin Sharkey, whose last name is of Irish Origin.

We use Erin's Dad's Hawaiian Cacao beans, Kokoa Kamili (Tanzania) , beans from other bespoke origins known for ethicality and quality. To get Tom Sharkey's Original Hawaiian Chocolate click here. Hilo Shark's Chocolate Website.
