This bar is Mexican style Stone-Ground.  It has tiny bits of texture to tease the tongue! There is no cacao or cocoa mass in this bar, or diary! It is a scrumptious, Hawai'i breeze in a bar.  It is light and creamy like Coconut Ice Cream. It is more than reminiscent of paradise.  The vanilla used was hand-pollinated in our backyards! We cured it and tossed it right in the melanger to bring you a mouthful of paradise.  The base is Organic Raw Cocoa Butter and Coconut Milk Powder. It is totally vegan and casein free, gluten and soy-free.  There is no white sugar or corn syrup or additive of any kind. Perhaps the best way to taste Hawai'i and its flora.

Pairs well with rosé, coffee and stout beer.

Notes of gelato, whole cream and caramel.

 

Cacao grown in Papaikou, Hawai'i at 400 feet elevation.

 

Our Hawai'i cacao is grown along the beautiful slopes of Mauna Kea on the Big Island of Hawai'i. And our chocolate, is made just down the road.
