Hawai'i Bean to Bar Chocolate

It takes 5 days to take our Hawai'i grown and Vietnam grown cacao beans into chocolate bars.

We roast, sort, hand-winnow, pre-refine, grind, conche, bowl temper and hand pour each and every single

chocolate bar. 

 

Having checked the grind size of every 50 bar micro-batch, each and every-single chocolate bar is lovingly and delicately hand wrapped with aloha.

 

Every 50 bars will taste slightly different in ways only connoisseurs, sommeliers and aficionados will notice. They all come with our free Bean to Bar Chocolate Tasting Guide available on this website.  The inside of the compostable packaging you will also notice a Flavor Wheel and area to take your own notes on the batch.
