With over a decade of bean-to-bar chocolate making experience in Hawai'i, we proudly offer the Hawai'i's only vegan white chocolate, gluten-free chocolate and our Sake Infused Chocolate are one of a kind in the world. We use locally grown Hawaiian ingredients as much as possible and take cacao to cocoa. We are a team of 2 and we make about 3500 hand-poured, and made from scratch, every year.
